Q: I’m new to using the Plenty, where should I start?

A: First, grind your dry herb materials with the Storz&Bickel acrylic grinder, included in the kit.
Then open the filling chamber and fill it in with your ground herbs. Place the vaporization unit on top of the vaporizer, and switch the Plenty on. You’ll see the orange light goes on as the device is heating up. Once it reached the desired temperature, the light will go off and you are ready to vape.

Q: I’ve got a Plenty desktop vaporizer for single use, so I never really fill in the chamber fully with dry herbs. I realised the vapor is not as thick and I feel like I’m just vaping hot air. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with my vaporizer?

A: If you use the Plenty for single use and you prefer to only fill your chamber partially, then it is best to use the liquid pad supplied in the kit. Fill in the chamber with your dry herb materials, just a small amount that you’d usually use, and then put a liquid pad on top of it. The liquid pad won’t let the herbs sliding sideways in the chamber during vaping. I hope this will solve your issue.

Q: How can I switch on the Plenty?

A: There is an Orange Power Switch on the side of the vaporizer, just press it and your vape will turn on. It is recommended to fill in your chamber and insert the vaporization unit on top of the vaporizer, before you switch the device on.

Q: Does the Plenty come with automatic shut-off?

A: Yes, once the vaporizer reached the desired temperature, it will automatically shut off (the light will also turn off). You can simply press the auto shut-off release handle to activate the vape.

Q: Does the plastic mouthpiece get really hot?

A: Thanks to the cool cooling coil, it helps the vapor to cool down totally, so you won’t feel the heat at the mouthpiece at all.

Q: Can I use the Plenty for group sessions?

A: Sure you can, if hygiene is not an issue, as it comes with a huge herb chamber.

Q: I switched on the Plenty, the light turned on and then after 1-2 minutes the light turned off. Why is that?

A: When the light turns off it just indicates that your vaporizer reached the desired temperature, and you can start vaping. You’ll see also on the dial that the temperature will go down a little bit. After waiting a minute or so, you can just press the orange auto- off release handle and the Plenty will start heating up again.

Q: Does the Plenty come with vibration alarm?

A: No, the Plenty does not have this feature, however both the Crafty and Mighty portable vaporizers comes with vibration alarm.

Q: Where do I need to put the liquid pad?

A: The liquid pad goes into the filling chamber of the Plenty. You can use it when vaporizing liquids or if you are only using a smaller amount of herbal material place it on top of your dry herb to fully fill the chamber in.

Q: I feel like the filling chamber is too big for me, do you have a smaller chamber for the Plenty?

A: You can check out the Filling Chamber Reducer for the Plenty. All you need to do is just put it inside the original filling chamber of your Plenty, it’s very easy.
For your information you can also use the filling chamber reducer with dosing capsules. Vaporizing with dosing capsules doesn’t require much preparation. Just fill the dosing capsule in with your favourite ground dry herb material or use a liquid pad with some oil, insert it into the filling chamber and start vaping.

 

Q: Can I get a car charger for my Plenty?

A: The Plenty is a desktop vaporizer and it comes with a power cord, there is no car charger available with this model.

Q: Does the Plenty come with a Herb Grinder or do I need to grab one?

A: Yep, there is an Acrylic Herb Grinder included in the kit.

Q: How often do I need to clean my Plenty Vaporization Unit?

A: It is recommended to clean it after a couple of uses to make sure clogged screens don’t affect the airflow.
You just need to disassemble the Plenty Vaporization Unit, and then brush the screens off using the cleaning brush included in the kit. Use some rubbing alcohol or dishwashing soap and give a thorough clean to each part.
