Warranty

CloudV Enterprises warrants for the lifetime of the Cloud Platinum Mini’s battery, that it is free of material defects and workmanship. If physical defect arises and a warranty claim is lodged within the warranty period, it is CloudV’s responsibility to either repair the product defect or replace it with a product that is new or is fully functional.
