Q: How can I turn on the device?
A: To turn your Mighty on, all you need to do is to press the orange button on the side of the Mighty for half a sec.
Q: I switched on the Mighty and there was a short vibration, why is that?
A: It just indicates that the unit is switched on and it’s heating. All is normal, nothing to worry about.

Q: What are the dimensions of the Mighty Portable vaporizer?
The Mighty is 140mm x 80mm x 30mm and 235 grams.
Q: Are you selling the genuine German made Mighty, or is it a fake one?
A: We only carry genuine vaporizers on our site. Each Mighty comes with a unique serial number, that you can find at the back of the vape.
Q: I can see the cooling unit is bigger on the Mighty than on my Crafty, does it have any advantage?
A: The bigger cooling unit helps cooling down the vapor. It’s a bit of an extra to the Mighty vaporizer, however, the difference is not that significant.

Q: How modular the Mighty is?
A: The Mighty and Crafty vaporizers are quite modular, except for their battery as they both come with an inbuilt battery. However, you can simply take the cooling unit apart, which makes the cleaning process easier, as well as replacing the small parts.
Q: Does the Mighty come with an auto shut off mechanism?
A: Yes, the Mighty portable vaporizer shuts off after 2 minutes. A vibration will indicate your vaporizer is shutting off. If you are in the middle of your drawing session, the device will register it and most likely won’t shut off. If it does, just press the orange button and your Mighty will turn back on.
Q: I feel like the chamber is too big for single-use, what should I do?
A: Just use the liquid pad included in your Mighty kit. Place your favorite dry herb into the chamber, put the liquid pad on top of it and you are ready to start vaping.
Q: What’s in the kit?
Q: I would like to reset my Mighty? Is this possible?
A: Sure, just press the orange ON/OFF switch for 10 seconds, while the vape is switched on.
Q: What’s that little orange thingy at the bottom of the Mighty?
A: That’s called Filling Chamber Tool – you can simply fill your chamber in with this tool and tease the herbs to make sure the chamber is not packed up too tight.

Q: What are the main differences between the Mighty and Crafty Portable Vaporizers?
A: The Mighty comes with a digital display, adjustable temperature settings, with double battery and with a normal charger adapter.
While the Crafty is smaller than the Mighty, it comes with one button mechanism, with a basic (180°C) and boosted (195°C) temperature. After downloading the Crafty App to your smartphone, the temperature can be adjusted between 40°C-210°C via your phone. The Crafty comes with a single battery and with a USB charger.
Q: What is the Mighty heating chamber made of?
A: The heating chamber of the Storz&Bickel vaporizers are made of aluminum.
Q: Can I use the Mighty Portable vaporizer for oils or liquids?
A: Yes, just use the liquid pad provided in your kit. And of course, the Mighty also suitable for dry herbs use.
Q: What material the vaporizer is made of?
A: The Mighty is finely made from high quality, food-grade plastic.
Q: What is the range of temperature for the Mighty?
A: The temperature can be set between the range of 40°C and 210°C.
Q: Does the Mighty come with any pre-set temperature?
A: Yes, the Mighty comes with the basic (180 Celsius) and with the boosted (195 Celsius) temperature. However, you can easily control and adjust the temperature by pressing the +/- buttons.
Q: There are two temperatures displayed on the digital display, what do they mean?
A: The orange temperature shows the actual temperature, while the other one is the set temperature.
Q: Can I swap between Fahrenheit and Celsius?
A: Yes, just press both the +/- buttons at the same time.
Q: What is the recommended temperature to get the best aroma or flavors?
A: The best is to set the optimal vaporizing temperature of your chosen herbal blend. Generally speaking you get more aroma or flavors during high temperatures. Just be careful when increasing the temperature, as the plant material will taste more roasted when using higher temperature.
Q: How can I adjust the temperature on my Mighty device?
A: You can see the temperature on the digital display. If you press the plus button, you increase, if you press the minus button, you lower the temperature.
Q: How do I know when it’s the time to charge my Mighty?
A: There is a Battery Charging Display on the digital display, so it’s easy to see when it’s time to recharge your vaporizer.
Q: Where can I charge my Mighty?
A: The Charging Port is just right on the side of the vape under the orange switch ON/OFF button.

Q: Can I use the Mighty portable vaporizer while charging?
A: Yes. One of the cool things about the Mighty that it can be used even with drained batteries, as the batteries will be bypassed while the unit is being used and plugged in at the same time. Put it on the charger, switch it on, and continue vaping.

Q: Is the Mighty covered under warranty?
A: The Mighty portable vaporizer comes with 2 years warranty. Defects, due to not normal use, or wear, or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
Q: I think there is some issue with my Mighty, I’m getting ERR 004 error message.
A: Yes the device is faulty, contact Storz and Bickel for warranty.
Q: I got a charger from my friend as mine does not work anymore, but I’m getting ERR 003 and the unit is not charging, help!
A: The charger is probably not suitable for your Mighty. Make sure you only use original Mighty chargers to charge up your device.
Q: Okay, so I’m getting an ERR002 message on the display, is there any issue with the Mighty?
A: No, there is no issue with your Mighty. It just means the battery temperature is too low, so just keep heating up your unit.
Q: I got a message on the digital display: ERR001, what’s that?
A: It means the battery temperature is high, please wait a bit to cool down.
Q: I cannot switch my Mighty on, why?
A: Make sure your battery is charged and that the power adapter is working fine. To charge up your Mighty, ensure you only use the original charger that was included with your device. If you believe everything is okay with the charger, then the issue is probably with the device. Contact Storz & Bickel for a warranty inquire.
Q: My Mighty is not charging anymore, what should I do?
A: First, try to reset your Mighty by pressing the On/Off Switch for about 10 secs, see if it helps. If not, then contact Storz & Bickel for warranty. You may need to send the unit back to them with the charger, so they can perform some tests on the device to find out what the issue is.
Q: I have been using my Mighty for two months but the battery just stopped working properly. After 30 minutes the battery goes down from the full bar to 1 within that time, what should I do?
A: If you figured out that everything is okay with the charger, then the issue is probably with the device. Contact Storz & Bickel for warranty.
Q: My Mighty stopped working, what should I do?
A: Try to reset the device by pressing the On/Off Switch for 10 seconds. If it doesn’t work, Contact Storz & Bickel for warranty.
Q: My light indicator is no longer working on my Mighty, what should I do?

Q: The LCD panel of my Mighty started to deteriorate and now it’s stuck on “Error” and won’t operate
or charge at all. Please help.
A: First, please try to reset the device by pressing the On/Off Switch for 10 seconds. If it doesn’t work, contact Storz & Bickel for warranty. Please note, it is possible that your Mighty shows ERR 002 one day and working perfectly on the next day. If the malfunction is detected again, contact Storz & Bickel for warranty.
Q: Where can I find the serial number of the Mighty Vaporizer?
A: The serial number is located at the back of the device, just right under the heater.
