Design of the Phantom Premium
With a classy groove finish, the Phantom Premium comes in eight (8) chic colours to suit different taste and personalities. Standing at 6.2” (height) x 0.83” (diameter), the Premium is easy and light to take along for on the go vaping. It has a multi-function single button for easy, straightforward operation.
Chamber of the Phantom Premium
The chamber is big enough to accommodate up to 0.3 grammes of dry herbs. It is designed to effectively vaporizes your ground materials by evenly distributing heat based on set temperature. Heating is less than a minute which is an added convenience, as you don’t have to wait that long to enjoy your blend.
Temperature Range
With the Phantom Premium, you have three (3) preset temperature levels that you can choose from to vaporize your blend: Low temperature 190°C – indicated by light green Medium temperature 210°C – light blue High temperature 225°C – light red
Battery
It now comes with a built-in battery, unlike the original Phantom and can be charged via a USB cable, that can also be plugged into a PC. An auto shut-off mechanism will activate after 3 minutes use to keep the unit from overheating and save on battery.
Extra Features
As an added convenience and to make vaping smoother and satisfying, the Phantom premium has two (2) optional glass accessories. Glass Globe – The glass globe provides room for the vapor to become a little cooler before it reaches your system, while you also enjoy a delightful vapor show as the vapor passes through the glass as you take a draw.
The glass globe makes a great option to switch from the regular plastic mouthpiece, if you like that glass draw feel. Aqua Bubbler – is also available with the Phantom Premium and can be purchased separately.
The Bubbler provides filtration to the vapor as it passes through the vape everytime you take a draw. This provides a more soothing vapor sensation, great for people who are sensitive to vaping dry herbs.

Overall a great vape pen. Quite heavy duty which means quality. 3 different settings, highest one would be ideal with the aqua bubbler attachment, little bit harsh. Overall, gives a nice high. Portable too which saves carting the volcano around lol. Cheaper than other sites and got a bonus gift which came in handy 😉

This pen is my first vape, so I want to provide a good review, because I hate seeing a lack of reviews, and that fact almost dissuaded me from investing in the vape because of the lack of information. I got pneumonia a while back, which was a wake-up call – I know lots of herb smokers who smoke every day and subsequently ended up with chronic gunky lungs and are really susceptible to infections. I was totally out of action for weeks, and I don’t want that for myself.
This vape was super easy to use straight out of the box, and is presented really nicely. Shipping was SUPER fast – literally next day, which is unheard of as far as I’m concerned. It included a lovely handwritten card from a vapefuse staff member! Great touch. The packaging is matte black and appears very luxe. It made me feel glad immediately that I had spent the money to receive such a well-dressed product from the get-go. It charges to full capacity quickly, has a long battery life (haven’t yet run it down flat) is comfortable to hold and feels heavy and solid in your hand. It’s easy to draw from and heats up in under a minute. Really being able to taste your herbs is lovely – and you get your value for money in the AVB. I have been mixing in a bit of homemade lavender leaf powder for a slightly sweet taste, pleasant vapour scent and calming effect, and it doesn’t negatively affect the therapeutic effects of the primary herbs. If you’re expecting great big clouds of vapour however, dry herb vapes are not going to give that to you because there’s no propylene glycol. Sometimes the vapour is almost invisible but you definitely feel it.
After lackluster results the first few days of use, I was advised by a more experienced vaper that the grinder they send you as a gift, although it’s a lovely gesture, is not sufficient to grind your herbs to a fine enough consistency for the heated air to be able to pass through and vaporise the desired compounds. You want to use a herb and spice grinder with sharp blades/burrs (whether electric or manual) to get the most out of it, or go to work with a pair of nice sharp scissors. I have since gone to a more powder-like consistency with the herbs I use, pack the chamber with tweezers and noticed a huge improvement, so a powder consistency is definitely something that matters. The mental and physical effect of the compounds is very different to combusting herb – I assume this is because you’re not inhaling a lungful of carbon monoxide and killing a bunch of brain cells. The effect is very gentle and calm even when using a lot of herb, and lower doses leave you noticeably more alert and functional than smoking would have, which is great if you use herbs to manage things like pain, anxiety and nausea like I do, and would much rather still be capable of going about your activities.
The unit is very easy to clean – you can take all the pieces and filters off of the mouthpiece and give them a nice scrub, because they can get VERY gunky and stinky after a few sessions, especially with material that is exceptionally sticky. Additionally, sometimes the herb can ball up against the bottom filter and make drawing difficult. In contrast, the chamber doesn’t get gunky at all. Even when I smoked, I was a big clean freak about my pipe, so this is a huge plus for me. The parts are quite small so if you’re worried about them dropping down the sink, wash them in a colander.
The only issue I have is that the standard plastic mouthpiece does not seem to lock in place properly, and can fall off at random times. The rest of the unit is top quality, so I’m sure this is just a factory defect and I will be emailing vapefuse when I have time because although I have been using the glass mouthpiece instead (which locks in place perfectly, and doesn’t budge) as I travel with it (I experience very intense motion sickness) this is not optimal and I would rather not see the glass mouthpiece break into a million pieces in my bag!
I have recommended vapefuse to my friends, and plenty of them think it’s very cool. I’m sure when they can afford to make the initial investment, they will make the switch too.
