A: The Haze v2.5 package includes:

Q: How do I switch on the Haze Portable Vaporizer?

Swing the door on the top to the left or to the right, and put in the glass or stainless steel mouthpiece.

Press the button on the top and switch on the vaporizer.

The lights on the front will light up as you press the button, indicating temperature settings: 1, 2, 3, or 4.
Q: How much dry herb can I put into the cans?
A: You can put around 0.2 grams in the all-purpose can and a bit less using the conduction/convection screens.
Q: Do I need to fully load up the canisters?
A: It depends on the material you use:
Dry Herb: use medium to fine ground herbs.
Oils: Keep the cotton wicks in the can and simply drop a minor measure of oils just enough to wet the pad.
Concentrates: Take out the cotton pads from the can and simply drop the concentrate on the bottom of the can.
Q: Can I use both heaters at the same time?
A: Unfortunately no, however, the chambers are interchangeable. Load both chambers and switch between them during use by swinging the top of the Haze Portable Vaporizer to the right or to the left.
Q. How does the auto-shut off work?
A. If there is no activity, then the unit will shut itself off.
Q: Does this unit have an automatic shut-off timer?
A: Yes. It has an automatic 3-5 minute shut off timer but it will only shut off when it doesn’t recognise that you are actually using it.
Q: How do I turn on the device after it automatically shut off?
A: To switch it back on, just turn it on again pushing the bottom on the top.
Q: How can I turn the device off?
A: When you flip the switch to either sides, the unit turns on. So, to switch it off, just bring the switch to the original ( neutral) position.
Q. Do you have any information on the material of the heating element of the Haze vaporizer?
A. The Haze Vape’s heating element is made of surgical grade stainless steel.
Q: What type of materials can I use with the Haze Portable Vaporizer?
A: You can use any combination of dry herbs, concentrates or oils.

A: The Haze Vaporizer comes in Black, Grey, Blue, Green and Purple.

A: Sure, it fits in your pocket and you can easily carry it around.

Q: The temperature LED display is blinking, what does this mean?
A: The LED Display is blinking because the battery is low and it needs replacement or it is in the pre-heating stage while waiting to reach the desired temperature.
Q: What different heating temperatures does the Haze vape come with?
A: There are four preset temperatures:

Q: How long does it take to heat the unit up?
A: It takes around 90 seconds for the vaporizer to reach the desired temperature.
Q: How long does it take to completely charge the batteries, when using the Haze vaporizer for the first time?
A: Allow 2-3 hours for the batteries to completely charge before start using the Haze Portable Vaporizer.
Q: How do I know that the batteries are fully charged?
A: The 3 LED will turn on on the front of the vape, indicating that the batteries are charged and the vape is ready to be used.
Q: What’s the mAh of the Haze batteries?
A: The Haze v2.5 package includes two rechargeable 2600mAh Li-on batteries.
The Haze v3 box includes two rechargeable 3200mAh Li-on batteries.
Q: How long do I usually have to charge the batteries for?
A: A full charge takes about 4 hours.
Q. I have a Haze v2.5 and the Haze stem sticks inside the unit after a couple uses. What can I do about it?
The new Haze version has resolved this issue. There’s an additional lip to the mouthpiece and boom to avoid sticking. For your Haze v2.5, you can try to do a quick Q-Tip clean up after every third session or just wait till the unit heats up to release the mouthpiece.
Q: How often do I need to clean the chambers and mouthpiece air path?
A: If you are using concentrates, we recommend to clean the chambers and air path after each session. For dry herbs, you can clean the chambers and air path after 2-4 sessions.
Q: Is there any repalcement screen included in the box?
A: There are convection and conduction extra screens included in the Haze Portable Vape box.
Q: Can the Haze vaporizer be used without screens or cans for dry herbs?
We do not recommend using the vaporizer without the screens or cans as it can clog your vapor path and eventually, you need to clean your vape much more often.
Q: When do I have to change the silicone lids?
A: It is highly recommended to change your silicone lids as soon as they start to lose form.
Q: Are the stainless steel caps detachable?
A: Yes, they are detachable for cleaning purposes. These caps can easily be placed back on after cleaning.
Q: Is car charger available with the Haze?
A: The Car Charger comes as an additional accessory and can be purchased separately.
Q: Is the Haze covered by warranty?
A: The Haze comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Q: One of my chambers is not working properly. What should I do?
A: Contact the retailer you purchased your vaporizer from.
