Q: How I can I change the temperature level on my Phantom Premium?
A: Press and hold the button for a couple of secs, if it’s flashing Blue it means the Premium is heating up to the middle pre-set temperature level which is 210 Celsius (410F). Once it’s solid blue you are ready to vape.
Q: How can I change from the mid to the highest pre-set temperature level?
A: Just press and hold the button a little bit and it will start flashing Red and then will turn to solid red, which means the Premium reached the 230 Celsius (446F).
Q: What are the pre-set temperatures of the Phantom Premium?
A: It comes with 3 heating levels:
190°C (374F) – Green for Low temperature
210°C (410F) – Blue for Medium temperature
230°C (446F) – Red for High temperature
Q: Which temperature level do you recommend to use?
A: It usually depends on the herbs you vaporize, as different herbs have different vaporizing temperatures. You can find the optimal vaporizing temperatures for each herb we carry under the ‘Specifications’ tab on the product pages.
Q: How long does it take to heat up the unit?
A: It takes about a minute to heat up before it flashes solid blue.
Q: How do I switch from one temperature range to another?
A: To change settings, press the button and hold until the light changes color.
Q: How long do I have to charge the unit before I use it for the first time?
A: Please charge your Phantom Premium for at least 6 hours before the first use.
Q: Can I use this vaporizer while it’s charging?
A: To protect the battery and to help extend its lifetime, it’s not recommended to use the Premium while you are charging it.
Q: How long does it take to completely charge the unit?
A: It really depends on how regularly you use the device, generally it takes about 3 hours.
Q: Is the battery inbuilt?
A: Yes, the Phantom Premium comes with a built in battery and is not changeable.

Q: How do I use the Aqua Bubbler with this device?
A:
- Remove the vaporizer from the bubbler.
- Turn upside down the Bubbler and fill in with water.
- Turn it around and start drawing to trap the maximum amount of water.
- And just put it back on the metal base.
Q: Does the package come with a free Glass Globe?
A: The Glass Globe is not part of the kit, however, you can get one here.
Q: What’s the difference between the Glass Globe and the Aqua Bubbler?
A: The Glass Globe Attachment is allowing more cooling space for the vapor for an enhanced vaporizing experience. While the Bubbler due to the possibility of adding water into the glass piece, helps to smooth the vapor, which feels really nice to your throat. For more info check them out here:

Q: How often do I need to clean this vaporizer?
A: It is recommended to clean both the chamber and the mouthpiece after every use.
Q: How do I clean the chamber and the mouthpiece?
A: Wait about 30 mins or so to cool your unit down. Don’t switch the unit on while you are cleaning it. Grab the Tool Kit and remove the vaporized herbs from the chamber after taking the mouthpiece off. Just brush the screen and chamber with the Cleaning Brush included in the package. With a cloth wipe up your mouthpiece.
Q: Does the Phantom Premium come with warranty?
A: Sure, for your peace of mind the Phantom Premium is covered by 1-year limited warranty.
